u Charles Thomas Ramsey, 30, of 196 Murrell Meadows Apt. 53 in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 28 with general theft, felony criminal conspiracy, contempt of court and violation of probation. He was being held.

u Roger Kevin Smith, 42, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 27 with domestic violence assault and public intoxication. He was released on $3,000 bond.

u Francine Virginia Barnes, 43, of 541 Allensville Acres Road Lot 3 in Sevierville was charged Oct. 29 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

u Aisha Suzanne Boruff, 30, of 652A Mill Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 29 with violation of probation. She was released.

u James Roger Bradburn , 43, of 745 Ellis Ogle Road in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 29 with driving while revoked. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

u Cynthia Gaye Bright, 49, of Blain, Tenn., was charged Oct. 28 with DUI. She was released on $2,500 bond.

u Erlin Abelenda Diaz, 31, of 1036 Tramel Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 29 with driving without a license, criminal impersonation and two counts of traffic violations. She was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

u Whitney D. Jarmon, 23, of 1210 Smoky Crossing Way in Seymour, was charged Oct. 28 with theft of property. She was released on $2,500 bond.

u David Allen Julian, 36, of 710 Widow Knob in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 29 with a fourth count of DUI, habitual motor vehicle offender and violation of implied consent law. He was being held in lieu of $9,000 bond.

u John Edward Nolan, 39, of Richmond, Ky., was charged Oct. 29 with a second count of DUI and domestic violence assault. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

u James Kelly Sharp, 37, of 1017 Alpine Road in Seymour, was charged Oct. 29 with two counts of resisting arrest. He was being held.

u Jared Junior Sutton, 30, of 217 Kings View Court in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 29 with theft of property worth $500 to $1,000 and theft of services. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

u Christopher Allen Yates, 24, of 203 Yates Road in Seymour, was charged Oct. 29 with violation of probation. He was released on $1,000 bond.
