u Joshua Lee Andrews, 28, of 829 Elder Lane in Kodak, was charged Oct. 27 with a second count of violation of probation. He was released.

u Stephanie Ann Arwood, 24, of 1305 Park Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 28 with a circuit court warrant, two misdemeanor warrants from general sessions court, felony criminal conspiracy and theft of property. She was being held.

u Wanda Odella Bales, 39, of 147 Mary Lee Drive Apt. 5 in Seymour, was charged Oct. 27 with violation of a valid court order. She was released.

u Jose David Carillo, 18, of 3412 Hazelwood Lane #402 in Pigeon Forge, was charged Oct. 27 with underage consumption of alcohol. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

u Max Gates Chase, 24, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 27 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. HE was being held.

u Jessie Lynn Dixon, 22, of Morristown, was charged Oct. 27 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

u Amanda Marie Dotson, 24, of 110 Village Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 27 with financial responsibility law, driving on a suspended license, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and violation of implied consent law. She was released on $3,000 bond.

u Joshua Lynn Gibson, 26, of 1437 Sugar Loaf Mountain Road in Seymour, was charged Oct. 27 with DUI and driving while revoked. He was released on $3,000 bond.

u Jeffery Andrew Howard, 22, of Dandridge, was charged Oct. 27 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

u Sergey Yuryevich Konon, 24, of 324 East Holy Ridge Apt. 4 in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 27 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. He was being held.

u Charles Thomas Ramsey, 30, of 196 Murrell Meadows Apt. 53 in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 28 with general theft, felony criminal conspiracy, contempt of court and violation of probation. He was being held.

u Roger Kevin Smith, 42, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 27 with domestic violence assault and public intoxication. He was released on $3,000 bond.
